Subject: Cancellation of the second 2026 European Motorcycle Tour

Dear Friends,

It is with sincere regret that I must inform you that the Pidcock Travel Club’s motorcycle tour the European, scheduled for  September 2026, has been cancelled.

Unforeseen personal circumstances have arisen which will prevent me from being able to take any time away from home during the summer months. As a result, I am unable to lead or support the tour as planned, and therefore the event cannot proceed this year, but I look forward to 2027.

I fully appreciate that members have made arrangements and paid deposits in good faith. All deposits received for the 2026 tours will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly, and each member will receive confirmation once their refund has been completed. If I need Bank details for you, then I shall call you personally to process the refund.

This decision has not been taken lightly. Our European & UK tours are always a highlight of our calendar, and I share in the disappointment that we will not be undertaking it this year. I am grateful for your understanding and continued support of the Club during this period.
